UN: Blueprint for greening the world's economy

Guardian: The United Nations has set out its blueprint of how to green the world’s economy, in order to kickstart economic growth after the recession, without generating an accompanying rise in greenhouse gas emissions. Key elements to a greener and more sustainable world are energy efficiency and to develop renewable forms of power.
