Solar Power Costs: Halved in 5 yrs

PVTech: German solar association, BSW-Solar has said that the rapidly falling costs of photovoltaic systems could lead to new solar power plants built in Germany not requiring financial support mechanism to operate profitably in 2017, based on expected energy prices at that time.
