Renovating Buildings: Would Save Masses of Energy

EuropeanVoice: Buildings account for 40% of Europe’s energy use. Renovating them so that they consume 80% less energy would be like saving the entire amount of energy produced by Europe’s coal and nuclear plants. Simply put, reducing demand means that we would have to find less energy. It would also have the advantage of creating two million new jobs.
