TheStarOnline: “Malaysia plans to achieve approx. 1GW or 5.5% share of renewable energy in the energy mix by 2015. Currently, renewable energy contributes less than 1% to the energy mix in Malaysia. By 2020, the target is for renewable energy to comprise 11% or approx. 2,1GW of overall electricity generation in the country.”
