California: Senate approves rules for Renewable Energy

BloombergBusinessweek: The state Senate approved a law Thursday setting new rules for how California utilities can meet the most aggressive renewable energy standard in the nation, giving them 10 years to get a 33% of their power from Wind, Solar, Geothermal and Other Renewable Sources.
